Privacy Policy
Top Shot Academy™ ("we," "our," or "the platform") collects information you provide when creating an account, booking sessions, and using our services. This includes name, email, payment information (processed via Stripe), and session history.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Information is shared only with service providers required to operate the platform (payment processing, background checks via Checkr, identity verification via Persona, insurance coordination via Lockton).
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@topshotacademy.com. Certain data may be retained as required by law.

Terms of Service
By using Top Shot Academy you agree to these terms. The platform facilitates connections between students and independent instructors. Top Shot Academy is not the employer of instructors and is not liable for the content of individual coaching sessions.
Instructors agree to maintain active insurance (Certificate of Insurance required), pass background verification, and uphold the platform's conduct standards. Violation may result in immediate removal.
Session fees are collected at booking. Top Shot Academy retains a platform commission per the instructor's current tier (18%, 15%, 13%, or 12% for standard; 10% permanently for Founding Instructors).
Top Shot Academy™ is a registered trademark. Unauthorized use of the trademark or platform branding is prohibited.

Refund Policy
Sessions cancelled more than 24 hours in advance are fully refunded. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours are refunded at 50%. No-shows are non-refundable.
The instructor onboarding deposit ($249 for standard instructors) is refundable as follows: $100 returned at 25 completed sessions, $100 at 50 sessions, and the remaining $49 at 75 sessions. Founding Instructors are not subject to any deposit.
Disputes must be submitted within 7 days of the session date. Contact support@topshotacademy.com with your booking ID and a description of the issue.
